Prepping For Your Wax

Stop shaving at least 1.5–2 weeks before your appointment. Hair should be about the length of a grain of rice (around 1/4"). This is only an estimate so please don’t stress over the exact length or type of rice but please trim if necessary prior to your appointment. This helps make your wax quicker, smoother, and way more comfortable. (Don’t worry about this for facial waxing.)

Arrival

Bel Air traffic is no joke — plan ahead and arrive early! Appointments are short and start on time. Please wait in your car until you get a text from me to come in. Please leave kids and support humans at home or in the car with windows cracked — you deserve this time to yourself, and I work best with minimal distractions.

Scheduling

All bookings, reschedules, and cancellations must be made through the Vagaro app or website. No texting or DMs, please!

Late Arrivals

Appointments are tight — usually just 25 minutes with only my cleaning time in between. If you're late, I’ll do my best to fit you in, but it’s at my discretion depending on the day’s schedule.

Payment

A deposit will be collected through Vagaro at the time of booking using a credit card. The remaining balance is due at the time of service and must be paid by cash or check only.

Shop Dog

You may be greeted by a very sweet (and very friendly!) pup from time to time.

Location

I'm located in Boulton Crossing — same strip as the Stack & Store office, just on the other side of the black gate. A map and directions are automatically provided when you book through Vagaro.
